Details Of How To Drop-Ship With Rightwholesale
Rightwholesale allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers.
There are no additional charges.
Just order online in the same way as usual, but add different delivery addresses in "my account" - http://www.Rightwholesale.com/address_book.php
(You can also add a new shipping address on-the-fly during the checkout process.)
You can have as many shipping addresses as you like listed on your Rightwholesale account.
When you order, it will help us if you put "drop-shipping to customer" in the shipping comments.
However,before you drop ship to your customers, we require you place a test order shipping to yourself first. We always check carefully (for fraud prevention) if the shipping address is different to the billing address, so if you are a new drop-shipping customer, please place a test order shipping to yourself first. After you received, you can drop shipping to your customers fluently and mutually.
We do not include Rightwholesale publicity materials / invoices etc when we send drop ship goods, so it protects your reputation as a seller. They will not know the true source of the goods, and they will not know the price you paid.
If your customer has technical support issues, or wants to return a product, they will have to discuss this with you first because it's your account with Rightwholesale.
Please note that if there are import taxes to pay, you usually have to pay this when you receive the goods from the courier. So if you're drop shipping, that's your customers who may 'unexpectedly' have to pay 'extra charges'.
Please note it's your responsibility as the Rightwholesale buyer / drop ship vendor to find out information about taxes and inform your customers. Rightwholesale accepts no responsibility whatsoever for providing tax information relevant to your country, although of course we will do whatever we can to help you minimize the tax burden if you have special packing/ declaration instructions.

-As Rightwholesale is an international wholesaler, most of our drop-shipping is *wholesale* drop shipping.
-If you want to do *end customer* dropshipping, technically that is possible because we have no minimum order quantities, but you might find that the shipping costs make it too expensive.
-Furthermore the delays involved between your customer making the order and receiving the order will be longer than they probably expect. That is because we are a wholesaler in China and things don't exactly work 'next day' over here as they might for some western businesses. Our average order-to-delivery time is 8 days (as of March 06) and a lot of items are quicker than that.
-Nevertheless, a lot of our customers do still use our system for this kind of small customer dropshipping. You can preview shipping costs by putting single items into your cart and looking at the shipping calculation.
-If you want to make a dropshipping order of a volume purchase to several different addresses, please do not use the shipping cost calculation for the entire order. You need to preview the shipping cost per item per destination and add all of the smaller shipping fees to the items total.
